The Certificates of Origin (CO) is an official document used to certify the original source of all types of goods that are produced in Cambodia. This document is a significant element of exporting goods to international markets and other countries under the Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP).
Seeing the importance of the CO, which is necessary for national and international traders, the Ministry of Commerce with funding support from the Multi-Donor Trust Fund through the Trade Development Support Program (TDSP) established the Automation of Certificates of Origin in order to improve business environment and promote trade facilitation in Cambodia.
This video will explain the development process of the automation system which is a part of the Information and Communications Technology or ITC Master Plan project of the Ministry of Commerce.
